When you submit this form, Cosi Living uses your name, contact details and project information to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and arrange a consultation.

Information collected and purposes

Forms collect your name, email, phone number, postcode, project type, showroom preference and, where supplied, budget, timing and notes. We also record contact permission, request identifiers, campaign attribution and enquiry/assignment status. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, device information and technical logs. Please do not include bank details or sensitive information in project notes.

Legal bases

We use enquiry information to take steps at your request before a possible contract, including sending your requested guide and discussing your plans. Our legitimate interests in administering enquiries, preventing misuse and handling complaints may support related processing. Legal obligations can require some records to be retained. Optional advertising tracking is based on consent. Contact permission for an enquiry does not sign you up for unrelated marketing.

Who can access your enquiry?

Your details are available to the authorised sales team and the designer allocated to your enquiry. The website is hosted on Vercel. Enquiries are stored in Supabase and allocated enquiries may be recorded in Cosi Living’s Monday.com system. Resend delivers service emails. A sales manager is copied on your acknowledgement, and allocation emails help your designer follow up. Technical providers may use infrastructure and subprocessors outside the UK; contact us for information about the locations and transfer arrangements applicable to your record.

Your choices

The form requests permission to contact you about your enquiry. It does not sign you up for unrelated marketing. You can ask us to stop contacting you, or request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, by emailing info@cosilivinguk.com.

Storage and cookies

We keep enquiry information while handling your project and for relevant business record requirements. The criteria include whether your project remains active, time since meaningful contact, and any accounting, complaint or legal-record requirements. Records held in the enquiry system, email and Monday.com may have different retention needs. Contact us for information about the retention period that applies to your record. Staff sign-in uses essential session storage. We remember your cookie choice on your device. If you accept marketing cookies, we load the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and successful brochure or consultation requests, and help show relevant adverts on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may receive your IP address, browser information, page URL and advertising cookie identifiers (_fbp and _fbc). We do not send your form fields, email address, telephone number or project notes to the pixel. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings; withdrawing permission stops further pixel tracking and removes these first-party advertising cookies. See Meta’s privacy policy.

Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing, and object to direct marketing at any time. Contact info@cosilivinguk.com. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity. Requests normally receive a response within one month, subject to lawful extensions or exceptions.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office or call 0303 123 1113. We welcome the opportunity to address concerns, but you do not have to contact us before approaching the ICO.

Device storage and withdrawal

Your cookie preference remains in local storage until you change it or clear browser data. Conversion markers use session storage; a pending consultation conversion is eligible for ten minutes. Staff authentication uses essential storage. Withdrawing tracking consent stops future pixel events; it does not retrospectively erase information already received by Meta. Cookie lifetimes and Meta’s own processing are described by Meta. You can clear device storage using your browser settings.

Finance and automated decisions

This enquiry website does not collect credit applications or make automated lending decisions. Any finance application is a separate process with its own privacy information and lender checks.
