Using this website
These terms cover the use of cosiliving.uk and its brochure and consultation request forms. They do not replace the written terms for a purchase, installation or finance agreement.

COSI LIVING LTD is registered in England and Wales, company number 10595085, with its registered office at 343 Bath Road, Slough, United Kingdom, SL1 5PR. Contact info@cosilivinguk.com or 01753 517527. The company contracting with you must be identified on your quotation and order agreement.
Enquiries and appointments
Submitting a form requests information or a conversation with the team. It does not place an order, confirm an appointment, create a credit agreement or commit you to purchasing. The team will contact you to discuss availability and next steps. You can ask us to stop following up your enquiry.
Offers and quotations
The autumn campaign ends on 31st October 2026. The advertised maximum discounts apply to selected ranges and selected appliances, not every product. Ask the team to identify the qualifying products and the saving applicable to your quotation. Request confirmation of the scope of the free design service and any conditions before committing to a project.
A brochure request or consultation enquiry does not itself reserve products or fix a price. Your written quotation should identify the goods and services, all applicable taxes and charges, what is included or excluded, and its validity period. Material offer conditions must be made clear before you decide to order.
Buy now, pay later
Credit is a financial commitment. Do not assume that deferred payment means interest-free credit. Ask for the lender’s full current terms, including eligibility, any deposit, repayment dates, interest, fees and the total amount payable, before applying. A website enquiry is not a credit application and does not guarantee approval. Any finance agreement is separate from these website terms.
Designs, orders and your rights
Photographs show example rooms. The specification, colours, dimensions, materials and installation requirements for your project must be confirmed with your designer. Before you order, your written agreement should identify the seller and set out payment stages, delivery and installation arrangements and any applicable cancellation information.
Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights concerning quality, description, reasonable care or remedies. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms do not impose a blanket non-refundable deposit or remove any cancellation right that applies to your order.
Brochure and website content
You may view and download the brochure for personal project planning. Photographs, logos and other content are protected by intellectual-property rights; ask permission before commercial reuse. Do not misuse the website, submit another person’s details without authority or attempt unauthorised access.
Privacy and contact preferences
Our Privacy & cookies policy explains how enquiry information and optional advertising tracking are used. Requesting a brochure does not sign you up for unrelated marketing.

Please also contact the team if you need help using the forms or information in another format. For finance matters, ask for the complaints procedure applicable to the lender and any intermediary involved in your agreement.
Applicable law
English law applies to these website terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or rights to use courts available to them under applicable law. Updates to these website terms will be dated and do not retrospectively alter an agreed order.
